BEGINNER POLE DANCING

For beginners and those still learning the art of pole, this is our foundation class where you learn all the fundamental basics, start to build strength and flexi

NON-POLE CLASSES
STRIPTEASE & SENSUAL MOVEMENT
One of our sexiest classes! Meet your sexy side as you learn slow sensual floor, wall and chair moves that will tone your abs, butt and legs. Classes will consist of a combination of sexy floor moves, wall work, chair dancing and lap dancing. The slow sensual movements will make you feel sexy and powerful! Bring your high heels, a soft blanket and knee pads (optional) to class.

BOOTY CAMP
Ready
to tone, tighten, & lift your behind? Including cardio, abs and stretching, this class is all about targeting your booty for full body invigorating workout. Fun, upbeat & for all fitness levels. We will teach you the secrets to sculpting a beautiful butt. You will see results quickly! Bring your runners/sneakers.

LAP DANCE BASICS
Meet your sexy side with the foundation for lap dancing! Starting with the basics of sensual movements, hip circles, body waves, wall moves, floor moves and chair moves. A great workout at the same time!

LAP DANCE COURSES
Come learn all the hottest Hip Rotations, Isolation's, Body Roles and Booty Shaking movements. Flirt with your Eyes, Lips and Hips. Learn How to Move like the Experts! Tighten and strengthen your physic, feel more confident and sexy in every day life. Empower and express your individuality by learning a fun and sexy new routine every few weeks.

PILATES
Learn the fundamentals of Pilates from our in house certified Pilates instructor. In a small class setting, you will learn the correct Pilates techniques, posture analysis and Pilates mat work based on the original Pilates exercises by Joseph Pilates. Improve strength, flexibility, balance, core stability, reduce stress, and provide a mild cardiovascular effect. Class space is limited.

EXOTIC BELLY DANCING
Open to mixed level dancers who seek to diversify their dance movements with a fusion of traditional and contemporary belly dance styles. 
A great emphasis of fluidity, creativity in expression and serpentine movements developed with a wild and exotic music collection.  This workshop/class is a great sweat and way to enhance the sinuous lines of your torso.

CANDLELIGHT STRETCH
The sexiest stretch class you will ever attend! Improve your flexibility and open up a whole new world of movement as we stretch to the glow of candle light as night falls. This class will also help tone your body, open up your hips and increase your strength by up to 20%. A must for every pole fitness student! This stretch class is also a perfect way to start your week. Let's us relax you and put your mind at ease.

POWER YOGA
Power Yoga is an athletic and energetic form of yoga combining Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa Power Flow. A great strengthening, toning and stretching class focusing on connecting the breath with movement, cleansing the body and calming the mind. All levels welcome.

CANDLELIGHT HATHA YOGA
Rejuvenate, strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body. Whether you are getting in shape, coping with tension from the office or want to relieve tightness in your body from sports, our Hatha yoga class will benefit you. Hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing that revitalizes the body physically and mentally. It is an uplifting practice that increases muscle tone, improves flexibility and concentration, detoxifies the vital organs and allows you to relax deeply. All levels welcome.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
We offer privates sessions in pole dancing, lap dancing, Pilates, Yoga, stretching. Privates are very beneficial to work on areas specific to you whether you want a poster analysis with Pilates, a private lap dance for your significant other, a stage routine or a specific strength and/or flexibility routine.  Please call us or email us to schedule your private sessions
