CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (Pilates, Booty Camp, Belly Dancing & Pole Strength also available and will be added at a later date)

Beginner Pole: For complete beginners and those still at the beginner level. Learn the foundation and fundamentals of pole dancing. Be prepared to use muscles you didn't know you had, gain confidence and have a blast!
Intermediate Pole: Once you have mastered the beginner spins and holds you are ready to attend Intermediate Pole Dancing. This is where you take your pole work to a whole new level and learn how to flip upside down! Please wear shorts.
Advanced Pole: If you have been pole dancing for a while and can invert into various positions, this class is for you. Focus will be on learning, improving and practicing advanced tricks and spins. Please wear shorts and feel free to bring boots or shoes.
Rock & Roll Pole: Where else would you rock the pole then at the Hard Rock. Learn tricks, spins and how to dance with the pole while you rock out to Rock n’ Roll music!
Go Go Dancing: Taught by one of the top Go Go Dancers in Vegas, learn how to shake your booty like the pros! Whether you are a beginner or are a current Go Go dancer who wants to improve your dancing, this class is fun fun fun and a great workout!
Striptease: Bring your shoes and knee pads (or a thick blanket) to this sexy and sensual class like no other. Tracy, co-founder of Aradia Fitness, guarantees you a fun, easy to follow class that you will want to attend every week.
Revitalizing Yoga:  The perfect way to start your morning! Stretch, breathe and enjoy this special time for yourself. Tiffany will guide you through sun salutations focusing on the 7 major chakras taking your practice as deep as you choose. You will feel rejuvenated, raise your energy level and gain health benefits which enhancing performance, allowing you to rock 'n roll!
