CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Pole & Striptease 101: Bring Home the Hottest Vegas souvenir, you! For beginners and ladies visiting Vegas, learn a fun and sexy striptease lap dance routine that you will want to take home and show you partner, followed by beginner pole dancing.
Beginner Pole: For complete beginners and those still at the beginner level. Learn the foundation and fundamentals of pole dancing. Be prepared to use muscles you didn't know you had, gain confidence and have a blast!
All Levels Pole Dancing: this class is suitable for beginners to experienced pole dancers. Get fit and feel sexy with fun pole tricks, strength building moves and dance techniques.
Striptease/Go-Go Dancing: Lose your inhibitions, work up a sweat and learn some sexy dance moves. Just bring your high heels and knee pads. No experience necessary.
Intermediate/Advanced Pole: Once you have mastered the beginner spins and holds you are ready to attend Intermediate/Advanced Pole Dancing. This is where you take your pole work to a whole new level. Please wear shorts.
Revitalizing Yoga: The perfect way to start your morning! Stretch, breathe and enjoy this special time for yourself. Tiffany will guide you through sun salutations focusing on the 7 major chakras taking your practice as deep as you choose to go. You will feel rejuvenated, raise your energy level and gain health benefits which enhancing performance, allowing you to rock 'n roll!
